Rehabilitation without excavation

Rehabilitation extends the life of your equipment and considerably reduces the costs of repairing your infrastructures. Thanks to our advanced equipment and our expertise, we offer you innovative solutions to repair your pipes without disturbing your daily life.

3 types of interventions

Projection

Resin projection is an innovative technique for the rehabilitation of pipes which consists in applying a structural resin to the inner wall of pipes in order to reinforce them and improve their tightness. The resin is applied to surfaces exposed to severe conditions to protect against corrosion, chemicals, wear, and impact. It is used to line structures such as bridges, culverts, and underground infrastructure. This includes tanks, ducts, and industrial floors.

Advantages of resin projection

  • Trenchless method: reduces nuisances and costs

  • Speed of intervention: application in a few hours

  • Adaptability: works on various materials (concrete, PVC, cast iron, steel)

  • Increased tightness and resistance: protects against wear, corrosion and leaks

It is an ideal solution for extending the life of pipes without heavy work.

Inversion sheath

The inversion duct technique is commonly used in the rehabilitation of trenchless pipes. This process involves inserting a resin-coated fibreglass jacket into an existing pipe and then using air pressure to return the duct back inside the pipe. Once in place, the resin hardens to form a new, robust and watertight inner duct. Its lifespan is then extended by 75 years.

This method is particularly appreciated for its ability to restore pipes with minimal interruption of service and its relatively low cost compared to traditional pipe replacement methods.

Advantages of the reversal technique

  • Trenchless: limits nuisances and reduces costs

  • Speed of execution: implementation in a few hours

  • Durability: extends the life of pipes by several decades

  • Versatility: applicable to different diameters and types of networks

Point sheath

Point sheathing, also called partial lining (give the dimensions diameter and length), is a technique used to locally repair a damaged pipe without requiring complete replacement. Here are its main uses:

Advantages of the point sheath

  • Less expensive than a full liner or a complete replacement

  • Fast intervention: generally carried out in a few hours

  • No trenches or demolitions: reduces nuisances and intervention time

  • Compatible with several materials: concrete, cast iron, PVC, sandstone

It is an ideal solution for precise and targeted repairs while maintaining the integrity of the existing network.

Fields of intervention

municipalities

Does your municipal drinking water supply or wastewater or rain water supply network require interventions (leaks, subsidence, etc.)? Excavation and repair costs are huge and your budgets are limited. We can help you rehabilitate your networks quickly and do more.

Hospitals

Is your pipe and pipe network showing signs of fatigue and the repairs are too expensive? We can repair from the inside without opening a single wall. The execution is fast and non-invasive. The results are guaranteed.

Construction

You must have your sewer systems certified in a new neighborhood or apartment building before connecting it to municipal infrastructure. We can inspect and seal them if necessary with our fast, non-invasive, high-efficiency technology.

Roads

Bridges and viaducts are put to the test. Our technology can reinforce and protect pillars, beams, decks, or guardrails and significantly extend their useful life at a fraction of the price.

realty

Do roof and parking storm drains require watertightness interventions? We will fortify and waterproof them while extending their useful life. We can repair from within without opening a single wall. The execution is fast and non-invasive. The results are guaranteed.

Mines

Your pipe networks are under great stress and some segments need to be repaired. But such interventions require stopping production. During a planned outage, we repair pipes of all diameters without slowing down production.

Energy

Underground or aerial infrastructures are subject to movement and corrosion which reduces their tightness. With our highly efficient technology, we can intervene quickly and non-invasively. We repair pipes up to 1800 mm in diameter. We also repair retention basins or underground rooms.
